Training commitment is dependent on age and experience. In general juniors should expect to attend regularly in order to be selected for crews. We are sorry but we are not able to accept juniors who want to attend on an ad hoc basis.
J12, J13 and J14 – 4.5 hours a week
J15 and J16 – 8.5 hours a week
J17 and J18 – 11.5 hours a week
Elite rowers will be expected to complete additional fitness training in addition to the coached sessions.  We encourage rowers to attend all of the available rowing sessions but accept that some children cannot always make after school sessions.  We will take members who cannot attend all the sessions as long as attendance is regular.
