FEES AND PAYMENT

Payment is required by date of close of entries, in order to be included in the start order.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of cancellation we will return as much of the fees as we can but it is likely we will have to withhold a proportion. Unfortunately, few of our suppliers now provide penalty-free cancellations even as far as 21 days in advance.  We have managed to return 100% of entry fees for 2 years now after cancellation but reserves will now not allow this. You are asked to acknowledge this when making the entry on BROE.

ENTRIES

  • Entries will open on 1st October at 12 noon and close on 14th November at 12 noon.

  • If entries are suspended then we will hold a waiting list – please add your entries to the waiting list on BROE. In order to qualify for a waiting list place entries on the waiting list must be paid for. Refunds will be given quickly if they cannot be accepted.

  • As soon as space is available we will move entries on the waiting list to the main event.

  • Priority will be given to entries who have opposition. Time only entries will be accepted if space allows.

  • Any spaces that become available after close of entries will only be filled by fully paid waiting list entries as these entries were placed before close of entries, but must be paid for before close of entries.

  • Late entries accepted after entries close will only qualify for “Time Only”

  • Entries withdrawn will receive a full refund if they are withdrawn before entries close.

  • Refunds will not be given for scratched entries after the entry has been accepted unless the event is cancelled

  • Please advise at time of entry by adding in the individual notes section:

    • if you would not be prepared to race for time only, in the event of no suitable opposition,

    • if you do not wish your entry to be reassigned to a suitable alternative  and especially if this is in a different division.

Draw and Documentation

  • The draw and documentation will be emailed to those named as contacts on BROE
